The RPM Group represents an exceptional line of home attic insulation. Our direct marketing door-to-door sales representatives receive ongoing training, management, and administrative support to enable professional development and opportunities for advancement.
RPM’s Eco-Friendly Cellulose Insulation is a non-toxic natural product produced from 100% recycled papers, helping reduce landfill waste and preserve natural resources. If there are baffles missing or incorrectly installed, we’ll add them between every cavity that connects to the soffits. This will create a good ventilation system so the air can then pass over the insulation without disturbing it. Once ventilation is established, we add our blown-in insulation until an optimal depth, or R-Value, is reached.
RPM’s organization is founded and managed by sales professionals. We understand the needs and challenges faced in the sales profession and strive to create an environment where dedicated and focused individuals have access to resources and people that help them develop rewarding, fulfilling careers.
